No refunds are to be given, only store credit codes or exchanges.
Credit codes cannot be applied towards shipping costs as our e-commerce site does not allow that option.
Bikinis can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase for a bikini of equal or lesser value, a different size
in the same collection or a credit code for a future purchase. Credit codes do not expire.
Older collections / hats / jewelry / towels and accessories are final sale items cannot be exchanged for brand new collection bikinis and are final sale.
NO exchanges will be made after 10 days of purchase. No price adjustments will be given.
Please keep in mind that this is a boutique that concentrates on unique merchandise and will not always have the same items in other sizes available for exchanges, but we will try our best to help you get into the perfect fit. 
SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit!
All jewelry and hats are FINAL SALE items and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit!
Be In The Sea is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from return/exchanged items.
All AMARA SWIM items are FINAL SALE for hygiene purposes.
Must include exchange shipping cost as we do not pay for exchange shipping.
Once your package has left our hands we trust USPS will get ship timely but sometimes
shipping may take longer than expected depending on USPS, weather and shipping delays. Shipping days are an estimate not a guarantee.
*Please email us if you have not received your bikini 5 days after projected confirmation tracking arrival date for domestic and 3 weeks after for international.*
Exchanging directions are listed below!


1. Email us at info@beinthesea.com within 10 days from when you receive your order, indicating what size you need to exchange for. If your size is unavailable in a particular style, we will issue an online credit code towards a future purchase. Shipping costs cannot be deducted from credit codes as our e-commerce platform does not allow that option. You are responsible for all shipping costs, even with exchanges and after we issue a credit code.
2. All bikinis must be returned in original condition with all tags, original hygiene liners, unwashed, and unworn.
3. We are not responsible for bikinis sent back to us that are lost in the mail. Therefore, we highly recommend getting tracking, insurance, and/or delivery confirmation on returns as we are not liable for any items lost in the mail.
3.  Return shipping cost of $8.00 (USA domestic orders) or $15.00 (International orders) must be enclosed in your return shipment - payable to "Be In The Sea" by Check, Cash, or Money Order.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or never received packages where the buyer elects a shipping method without Insurance.
Shipping outside the USA usually takes anywhere from 7 - 16 US business days. Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing.
Please note - As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Be In The Sea will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.


Be In The Sea wants to help you find that perfect Bikini!  If you Pre-Ordered a Bikini with us please allow some time for you to receive your bikini as it is in production and will ship as soon as we receive it. All Pre-Orders delivery dates will be stated above or below the collection/product.  If we are sold out of your size in that perfect must-have Bikini or there is a particular style from one of our brands that you have been looking for, then please e-mail us.


Occasionally bikinis are on back order due to manufacturing delays, holidays, and errors. However, It is our responsibility to keep the communication open about when they are estimated to ship. We want you to be happy in with all your bikini purchases.
